PUMPKIN FACIAL (all natural) for this fall season

Facials are a great way to remove impurities from the skin and well as soften the skin. At my school my instructors, for this season came up with the idea of a pumpkin mask that i thought was pretty neat. its not hard at all and you get great benefits from it all you need is:
 
1/2 CUP of canned or cooked pumpkin (you can find it at your local grocery store)

1/2 CUP of brown sugar

1/4 TEASPOON of cinnamon 

And thats it! You can also use this as a body scrub, Enjoy!

  Foundation is the best thing in my opinion since sliced bread..lol. In my opinion, skin is the perfect place to start as we go along this journey to flawless beauty. You can't paint a great masterpiece on a surface that is rough or bumpy or that has spots/marks etc. Starting with a clean and smooth canvas is the best way to create your masterpiece.
