I know you may have heard the term "If your skin looks great, your makeup looks better" or something around that phrase. And I believe that is so very true. PUMPKIN FACIAL (all natural) for this fall season

Facials are a great way to remove impurities from the skin and well as soften the skin. At my school my instructors, for this season came up with the idea of a pumpkin mask that i thought was pretty neat. its not hard at all and you get great benefits from it all you need is:
 
1/2 CUP of canned or cooked pumpkin (you can find it at your local grocery store)

1/2 CUP of brown sugar

1/4 TEASPOON of cinnamon 

And thats it! You can also use this as a body scrub, Enjoy!

In my opinion, skin is the perfect place to start as we go along this journey to flawless beauty. You can't paint a great masterpiece on a surface that is rough or bumpy or that has spots/marks etc. Starting with a clean and smooth canvas is the best way to create your masterpiece.
